We recently attended a meeting at my 3rd grader's school to be instructed on the laptops that were part of a grant for their class. They are using these frequently in the classroom and wanted to encourage sending them home for additional 'practice'. We refused to sign the contract allowing her to bring it home and I voiced my concern on the 'screen time' that would take place and how it would affect certain children. I do not feel like they took my concerns to heart. It was so empowering to read your data and know that I'm not overprotective or paranoid. I would like to give them your blog address, with your permission. Thanks so much for being an advocate of children!Margarethttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09286499471595221231noreply@blogger.com
